Melinda Pine lives in Northern California with her husband, a son who will hopefully never read any of her books, and the perfect number of cats. When she’s not dreaming up new ways for her characters to find their happily ever afters, she’s watching baseball, hockey, rugby, or bake-off competition shows.

Melinda has been writing since her fifth grade teacher handed her a notebook so she’d talking to her classmates so much. It worked until she started telling her classmates all about the stories she was writing. Now she’s able to make her dream of being a writer come true. She loves writing sporty stories with laughs, spice, sometimes glitter in odd places, but always a happily ever after.
